100% online · 1:1 hybrid coaching
You have a business, a job, a calendar full of travel and dinners you're not cancelling. Hybrid coaching builds the body and the mindset around that life instead of asking you to pause it. Watch this first — six minutes on how it works.

The problem with every plan you've tried
Six meals a day. Ninety minutes under the bar. No dinners out, no red-eyes, no season where the business eats the week. It works right up until your real life shows up — and then it's you who feels like the failure.
Discipline was never your problem.Your plan just never accounted for your life.
The Hybrid Life principle
In their own words
Unscripted. Recorded on phones, mostly at kitchen tables.

The proof is in the schedule
Not a highlight reel. A real Tuesday, including the meeting that runs over and the hour after the kids go down. If a plan can't survive those two things, it can't survive your life.
Sixteen ounces with electrolytes before anything else. You're mildly dehydrated every morning and it reads as tiredness, so we fix that before you diagnose yourself as unmotivated.
Push day. Every session in your app has a full version and a 25-minute version. You pick based on the day you're actually having, not the day you planned on Sunday.
Forty grams of protein before you've made a single decision. Breakfast was settled on Sunday so your first willpower spend of the day isn't on food.
Nothing to manage here. This is the point — the plan doesn't ask for anything during the part of your morning that belongs to other people.
Second coffee, and it's the last one. Caffeine after noon costs you sleep, sleep costs you recovery, and recovery is what the training is actually for.
Protein snack from the desk drawer, and a lap of the building. Steps aren't a workout, they're the difference between a 2,400 and 2,700 calorie day without touching your food.
You order the ribeye and skip the bread basket. The restaurant guide covers this exact situation, so you're not doing arithmetic at the table in front of a prospect.
It doesn't arrive today, because your carbs were placed around it rather than eaten at breakfast. Energy is a programming variable, not a personality trait.
Your planned walk disappears. This is the moment most plans break — and the reason yours has a rule for it: you don't make it up, you don't compensate at dinner, you just carry on. One missed walk is noise, not failure.
Same meal as everyone at the table, portioned for you. Nobody eats grilled chicken out of a container while the rest of the house has something else.
The genuinely hard hour. There's a planned snack that fits your numbers waiting for exactly this, because willpower at 8pm on a Tuesday is not a strategy.
Weight, steps, sleep, training, and one line on how the week feels. Two minutes. You wake up to adjustments rather than silence.
Seven and a half hours protected on purpose. Sleep is the cheapest performance input you have and the first one everybody trades away.
Inside the program
No shared spreadsheets, no recycled PDFs with the last client's name still in the footer.
A custom nutrition document built from your TDEE, your training load and your actual preferences — meal blocks, protein rotations, swaps, sauces, grocery list, allergen flags.
Delivered through Trainerize with video, loading targets and a short version of every session for the days that fall apart. Progressive overload survives a bad week.
Weekly check-ins reviewed by a human, plus messaging in between. We work on the decisions and the self-talk as much as the macros — most clients say the mindset shift is what finally made it stick.
Travel, work dinners, weekends, holidays, hydration and the restaurant menu. Written in advance so the hard days already have an answer waiting.
How the program runs
Nobody starts at the hardest setting. Each phase earns the next one, so the plan gets more demanding only as your life proves it can hold it.
Before anything changes, we find out what's actually happening. Most people aren't failing their plan — they're on the wrong one for their real energy expenditure.
The structure goes in. This phase is about making the plan survive a bad week, not about maximum aggression.
Now we go after the number you've been stuck at. Calories cycle with your week, training intensity climbs, and the plateau breaks.
The phase most programs skip, and the reason most results don't last. You leave able to run this yourself.
You taught me I can still reach my goals while still living life.
Client wins · real check-in messages
Almost every client says a version of the same thing: it isn't a number they've never hit. It's a number they'd stopped believing they'd see again.
"I haven't seen 214 in over four or five years, easily. My mindset has gotten stronger and way better as well."
"Pre-COVID. That's the last time I was in the 170s. Forty-one pounds down total since working with you."
"228.1 this morning. Last time I was in the 220s was end of '24, early '25."
"Despite cutting calories, my squat has gone up from 205 to 250 in such a short amount of time. First set at eight reps, first attempt."
"First 225 for two since I started your program. Before this, 135 was my max because of a herniated disc a few years back."
"Back after the bachelor party and running on fumes, but got the run in and some meal prep beforehand. I've never run a 5K in my life."
"Weighed in at 232.5. Lowest since 2019."
"I've dieted on my own before and always rebounded before hitting the 150s. After two years I finally did it with your coaching."
"217 pounds. Twenty-nine down, and I fit in a medium shirt when I used to be in an XL."
Your coach
I'm Myles Harris. The gym started as an escape for me, not a career. It was the one hour of the day that belonged to me and nobody else, and I got good at it the way people get good at anything they hide inside of. Somewhere along the way I decided that if I was serious, I had to do it the serious way — and the serious way, as far as I could tell, meant giving up everything else.
[ The period where you were doing it the hard way, or coaching the way everyone else does. What was the plan you were following or selling, and why did it keep breaking? This is the section people trust, because it's the one nobody fakes. ]
So I did. Weighed rice at midnight. Turned down dinners. Carried food to other people's houses. I got lean, and I was miserable, and the worst part was that it worked — which meant every time it fell apart afterwards, I assumed the problem was me. It took a long stretch of chasing that back and forth before I admitted the plan was the thing that couldn't survive contact with a real life.
What changed was training hybrid — strength plus real conditioning, the way HYROX made me train. Lifting so I look like I train, conditioning so I can actually use it. And building the nutrition side around the calendar in front of me rather than an ideal week that never arrives. That's the whole idea behind Hybrid Life: a body that's lean and athletic and a life that stays intact around it.
I've watched a lot of smart, disciplined people conclude they lack willpower when what they actually lacked was a plan written for their real week. Nobody's failing because they don't want it enough. They're failing because the plan assumed a life they don't have.
Everything is 1:1 and everything is built from your numbers — your energy expenditure, your training load, your calendar. No shared spreadsheets, no template with the name swapped. You message me directly and I answer. When your week falls apart, the plan changes that day rather than next Monday.
I work with people who are already good at something — a business, a career, a craft — and want their body to match the standard they hold everywhere else. I'm not the coach for a six-week shred, and I'm not the cheapest option available. Terms are six or twelve months, because that's how long real change takes and anything shorter just restarts the cycle you're already tired of.

Before you apply
It's the reason the program exists. Travel weeks get their own structure — airport and hotel options, a lower-equipment training block, and adjusted targets so a trip is a planned phase rather than a hole in the data.
Everything runs through your phone. Training and video demos live in the app, your nutrition plan arrives as a document you can print or keep on screen, check-ins are a short weekly form, and messaging is direct to me. No gym visits, no fixed session times, no time zone problem.
No — it's planned for. You get a restaurant playbook covering steakhouse, sushi, airport and the place with nothing on the menu, plus a travel structure with hotel and low-equipment training. Work dinners are part of the plan, not a break from it.
Three to four sessions a week, 40–60 minutes. Every session also has a compressed version for days that collapse. Consistency at 40 minutes outperforms perfection at ninety.
At the start, for a short period, so we're working from real numbers instead of guesses. Most clients move to portion-based eating within the first phase once the calibration is done.
Pricing depends on the length of the engagement and is covered on the call. Coaching is a considered purchase, and the application exists so neither of us spends time on a bad fit.
You'll answer a short set of questions about your goals, schedule and history. If it looks like a fit, you'll get a link to book a call with me directly. If it isn't, I'll tell you that and point you somewhere better.
